 📍 The program runs over approximately 7 months 

Because shifting how you lead — and how your team operates — doesn’t happen in a week or two. 

 Here's how it's structured:

2 x 1:1 World Class Assessments and Debriefs (90 minutes each)

Using the Genos Emotionally Intelligence Assessment and the Global DISC Cultural Intelligence Assessment, we step back and look at how you’re currently leading — what’s working, what’s not, and where things may be unintentionally being reinforced.

6 x Group Coaching Sessions (1.5 hour each)

Focused on practical application across: Communication, delegation, accountability and building leadership capability within your team. Held on the first Tuesday of every month at 11 am and recorded if you can’t attend live. 1st Session 5 May 2026

Between Sessions

The focus is on applying what you’re learning directly in your pharmacy. Because the goal isn’t just understanding leadership... It’s changing how things actually run. Chantelle is available for the duration of the course to help you in between sessions too.

This is also why the cohort is kept small.

So the work stays relevant, practical, and connected to what’s happening in your store.
